PERFORMANCE & PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGY

Participants: 20 professional pianists (>10 years experience).
Key Findings:

  • Enhanced Emotional State: Aurora Temperament favored a significantly higher positive emotional profile, eliciting deep feelings of joy, wonder, and amusement.
  • Intrinsic Reward: Musicians reported a higher sense of intrinsic reward and creative engagement during performance.

Participants: 20 listeners (within-subjects design).

Objective: Longitudinal study on stress reduction in starred restaurant kitchens.
Method: Cross-over design monitoring team cohesion, cortisol levels, and performance.

Proposal: "Listening as a facilitator of well-being in daily education."
Concept: Creating an Educating Sound Environment where the Aurora Temperament supports emotional regulation and relational connection.
Application:

  • Sound Landscapes: Dedicated sonic environments for daily transitions (welcome, meal, nap, play).
  • Methodology: Sound mapping, specific operational compositions, and staff training on sound ecology.
  • Goal: To foster calm, concentration, and harmony, establishing Familosophy as a permanent lab for educational sound ecology.
