THE HARP OF THE TERRITORY
SOUNDS OF THE SOIL (SoS)
The Harp of the Territory is an interactive sound sculpture designed to enhance soil literacy through an artistic, multisensory experience. Born from the scientific truth that soil continuously generates infrasonic frequencies, this instrument acts as a resonance chamber for the earth itself.
Concept: An instrument played by the wind, water, and direct public interaction. By striking the "Stone Drum" base, participants enter a musical dialogue with the territory, tuned to the proprietary Aurora Temperament.
THE TRIO OF THE LIFE CYCLE
- Act 1: The Wind's Song: Atmospheric layer, where wind is translated into ethereal harmonic notes.
- Act 2: The Water's Song: Cyclical layer, a solar-powered water system creating a continuous murmur.
- Act 3: The Earth's Song: Telluric layer, where human energy interacting with the rock base converges with the earth's vibrations.
PROJECT DETAILS
- Lead: T2 Harmonic Technologies (Fausto Dasè).
- Partners: Flume Studio (Engineering), ASPE (Aesthetic Inquiry).
- Objective: To transform the perception of soil from inert dirt to a living, resonant medium.
- Context: Italian Soilscape Festival.
